I received a email yesterday saying port had been successfully transferred from sky but phone shows no line.

Hi Robert64, 

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. 

I am very sorry for any issues or delays with porting your number in from another provider. 

Once a number is ported, it can take up to 24 hours to appear on the account. 

Are you able to try calling a mobile device to see if the switch has taken place? The number should then show on the mobile phone and confirm if it has successfully been ported over.
