Hi there, at some point last night, 20/07/2021, my landline stopped being able make/receive calls abruptly with no dial tone, I checked the service status page which claims there is no issues in the area, I have tried different handsets, turned the entire system off/on and checked the socket for a loose connection in attempts to try and find the root cause of the issue, but there have been no changes as of this morning.
I would appreciate some help in resolving this issue, and thank you for your time 🙂
