My BT number was ported to Virgin today. Incoming calls appear to be dropped almost instantaneously. Calls still show in my cordless phone call log.
I have rebooted the router, and tried an old wired phone, but this makes no difference.
The router reports that all is well, which is not the case.
Please Virgin can you fix this.
