Hello, my landline is down this morning. It is connected to the wall. Screen on the handsets state "not possible" when I pick up to try dialling, there is no dial tone, only an engaged tone on handset. I have checked the service status which says no issues at present, but there is no option to query this further on the webpage. Very frustrating.
