Hi
Today is our switch over of phone cable to virgin router port for fibre optic. We have connected cable to adapter and fitted to port . However the landline is still not working. Any advice?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear your Landline isn't working after your Landline Switchover was completed today.
I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and cannot see any issues, everything looks like it should.
What type of handset do you have, have you connected it to the Router with the connector and removed from the wall socket?
