Landline Temporarily unavailable

Had my virgin Media Broadband and Phone set up yesterday… the landline is saying temporarily unavailable when someone tries to call me??

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the landline 😞
I've had a look on my end and I can see that it is showing that the line is active.
Are you able to reboot the Virgin Media hub for me please?
