Increase rings on landline

Good afternoon,

Is there a way of increasing the amount of rings on the landline? Called the help desk and they weren’t very helpful when dealing with my elderly father in law.

Thank you so much for your post and I am so sorry our telephone team weren't able to assist and I am so sorry that your Father in Law had a negative experience! 

Yes I can extend the amount of rings for you, the maximum is 10 rings which is around 25 to 30 seconds and there is no charge for this. Would this be going on to your own account or your Father in Law's?
