I can arrange for your rings to be increased but would first need to pass account security with you to get this amended.

I too am having trouble increasing the rings from TWO.
It had been reduced to SIX rings some time ago, but inexplicably reverted to TWO, at some stage.
I contacted and spoke an agent about Xmas time and he assured me that it would be sorted within 24 hrs. Guess what? No change.
Contacted them again yesterday, again promised to have it fixed within the hour or at least within 24 hours. Again no change.
Any chance of some help please?
