I cannot find a call price in the price list for calls to 056.

I cannot find a price for call return 14713.

I cannot find a reference to 14713 or Call Return in there.

The only reference to 056 is SC056 which is a service call rate, but I don't think numbers beginning 056 are service calls, are they? They are VOIP numbers.

That's really odd, sorry the link isn't working. It could be because it downloads in PDF format so that may be why. 

Calling 1471 is free, but if you choose to return the call (that's Option 3) you will be charged 19.2p, in addition to your call charges.
I've checked this for you and the only reference we have to 056 numbers is under SC056.

I have finally found the answer to my own question. Calls to 056 are 5p per minute, or 2.04p evenings and weekend. And CCF 21p (call connection fee)?
