How do I request compensation for my landline being down

On the 9th Feb I lost the dial tone on my landline after a short power cut in my village. I put a call in and it was fixed on Tuesday 14 Feb. Apparently a fuse had blown at the box in the street.

How do I apply for compensation for the time I was without a landline.
