Been having trouble in getting issue with my phone resolved - it does not ring on inbound calls so we don’t know someone is calling.
have investigated and is a possible voltage issue to the traditional wall socket but trying to get this sorted has been a nightmare during lockdown.
we know the phones are fine as different hand sets have the same issue. Can anyone advise how I go about getting an adaptor to connect the landline to the Hub 3 please - it seems to be a easier solution than trying to get someone out to sort out the wall socket?
