Hi
I am new here. I was told that someone would visit today to set up the changeover. There was no confirmation by phone or email. So I called 150. After waiting for fifteen minutes I found that nobody would be calling today and a new date was given in December. I am annoyed because I cancelled a meeting today and there was no message confirming the cancellation or the new date. Is this usual? I seem to remember I used to get text messages confirming everything and updates on the day.
