Hi I’ve recently had my new services installed and I’ve still not got a working home phone. I asked for the old number to be ported across from another virgin media account to mine. Ever time I ring its always next 24 hours 48hrs. I have a disabled mother who need’s telephone access to the doctors ect. Not sure what to do any suggestions? Should I just cancel the who thing as im still in the 14days ? Just wana ask another else had this problem? Thanks guys
