Home phone not ringing

Help, why has my landline stopped ringing, I can dial out & I can answer calls if I know someone is ringing me, I have tried 3 different phones in socket so I know it is not the phone causing issues, it is just not making any noise on incoming calls

Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the landline

Can you tell me when you tried to use the phones in the master socket, have the phones been the only piece of equipment attached to the line when tested?

We'd need to rule out any extension sockets causing any disturbance

Yes, I have no extensions
