Only had Virgin for 7 Days. Had a flashing red phone icon on router for 4 days. Virgin customer services are useless and might as well talk to a wet paper bag. I've rebooted hub 3 several times and still no luck. It's started to affect download speeds and at one point streaming tv was a joke and keep buffering and then stopped. I think I've made a mistake switching to Virgin. I also agree with a comment I've seen about how dull and boring the hub looks. It would be better if the lights were lit green when things are working fine. Flashing green when in use and red with a problem.
