You currently can't swap from an existing separate line unless you've been contacted by Virgin Media to do so.

If you are contacted then as part of that change they'll send you an adapter.

I dont think "upgrade" is the right word. Before the change  the home phone was good but now it has background hiss and your own voice  is heard with a delay. vry of putting., Pete P

Hi @p2p,

Welcome to our Community Forums and thank you for posting.

I am sorry to hear there appears to be some issues with your landline after the switchover.

Can I ask if you are able to try a different handset to see if the problem still persists?

It may also be worth a reboot since your landline is connected via the hub and this can sometimes help resolve any issues.

Hope to hear from you soon..
