Anyone know how to check usage on Talk More Any Time 0870/0845. Spent the last 3 days trying to find out from customer service but not getting anywhere.
I know it's a 1000 minute / 150 calls monthly maximum but can't find anywhere how to check how much of this has been used. Also is the monthly on the billing period?

If you call 150/ 0345 454 1111 option for media, then it's option 1, option 3.
This will tell you your remaining minutes 🙂

Thanks Alex. I've tried that but it doesn't give any info on the 1000 minute / 150 call fair usage policy for 0845/0870 calls. It only details any out of plan costs.
I've had an email to say I've used up the 1000 minute fair usage policy for 0845/0870 calls and will be charged for any further calls. There's no way I've used 1000 minutes and no one at Virgin Media is able to provide any info at all.
