Hello all,
I've been charged for calls even though I have a fully inclusive call package on my landline for mobile and landline calls.
I, as per previous forum members, have questioned why I cannot be given an itemised bill, and was told as per others, it was due to data protection reasons. One of my family members is with another provider, and gets itemised bills every month.
On questioning the charges, I've been given three different sets of information. The latest is that the persons I've called (2 and the total number of minutes on said calls totals less than three minutes), have linked their phone through their WIFI and hence I've incurred charges.
When I asked what the numbers were, I was given the flannel I've posted above.
What sort of nonsense is this? You charge me and can't even tell me the numbers so I can avoid using my landline for said numbers?
You claim you don't issue itemised bills, even though BT and Sky still do?
Call centre staff are clueless and need to stop telling lies.
Virgin - sort this out! It's a joke.

I have sent you a private message so we can get the itemised billing set up for you now 🙂 Please look out for the purple envelope in the top right corner.
Best wishes,
