Numerous calls are shown on my latest bill - not bad considering on both dates I was working away from home and have the hotel booking confirmations to prove it as well as not having an account at the bank that was called.
Added to that I never use the landline - it was a 'must have' as part of the package at the time.
Rather than endure the call centre and probably being branded a liar "because my full line check shows nothing sir etc. etc." anyone have any bright ideas?
