I was interested in having all outgoing landline calls itemised, but, as others have noted the "Change Itemisation Limit" on your billing page just sends people to the help pages.
Can you advise how I could get the limit changed to zero?

Call customer services & they can change this for you. But please bear in mind that any calls you make inclusive of your package charges will not be shown.
