Hi, I can't turn off conditional fowarding, I have never used it, I did not know it was active, I have tried all the methods suggested to similar posts as well as all the Virgin help guides. I have had this problem for weeks, possibly months without knowing why I had not any messeges, having missed many calls.
A warm welcome to our Community Forum Harvey3 and sorry to hear that you've missed calls due to the conditional forwarding feature. Can you tell us whether the conditional forwarding is for your mobile or cable landline and whether so we can check?
