Why is it so difficult to change to e-billing on-line?

Like others who have posted this same question, I had believed that I had already selected the ebilling option but have still been receiving paper bills and being charged a fee for this.

I have tried following the FAQ guide to do this but am finding this impossible.

Please can someone help me?

Thank you.

Update - Ash from the Forum Team was quickly able to help me get this sorted. I have suggested, as no doubt have many other customers that Virgin Media need to make improvements to their on-line services to enable customers to more easily choose the option of receiving ebilling themselves.

Despite being signed up for ebilling and raising this same issue last month I have just received another paper bill which I have been charged for.

Please can this be rectified.  I should have also received a credit for £3.50 however only a credit of £2.50 was applied.

Hi there @sidneyhoughton, thanks for coming back to let us know you are still getting paper bills.

I will be happy to take a look at this for you so I will send you a PM to confirm your details.

Regards

Nathan
