Any ideas how I can speak to someone to arrange phone socket repair for my vulnerable elderly mum? Have been trying to get through by phone to Virgin for days but at the point I'm told she needs an engineer I'm cut off or told call centres closed.
I sent through a complaint last weekend about it and have heard nothing.
It's her main means of communication.
Website advises only to call if vulnerable, but I can't see how anyone can get through to speak to a human even if you are.
