1471 option not working after home phone connection was fixed

No phone. Problem fixed by a technicians visit to a "Box". Much difficulty contacting Virgin to report problem

!471 does not now work "Sorry the services requested is not available from this line". 

Well, it always was

Is your landline connected via your hub or to the traditional wall socket?
