App won't connect to Hub 3. App messaging cannot help, 3 telephone operatives ended up suggesting i use another device. Maybe, just maybe, the app doesn't work with the latest version of Android??? Can anyone at VM help please?
Be great if the app worked all I’m getting is I’m not connected to my hub and internet when I am. Virgin needs to sort this app out all I want to do is pause daughter Xbox and switch on a night
