path of exile keeps disconnecting

hay there have some issue with the game got in touch with the creators and they say its ok on their end but mine not showing the same and test show massive packet losses and pinging from hub would not go trough 15 cycles.

update after nearly 3 weeks of problem still existing. very frustrating . did try to call cust service and they told me I HAVE NO PROBLEM!!!! they did not even pay attention of what i was saying!!! outrageous! i pay 70 quid a month to play my game and im unable to do so!!!

I have been with virgin media for 7 years and im not planning to leave but i want this fixed!!!

winMTR pastebin of the connection errors still comes up with the hub 3.0 is the cause.

I don't know a great deal but those Pre RS Errors and Post RS Errors look absolutely nuts.

I would try and find out whats going on with them.

Well i kinda know that but on the phone they dont believe me at all and said i have no issues so they wont send me an engineer....

Really sorry to see you're having problems with your connection. 

 

I have just checked from our end and can see there is a known fault in your area, ticket reference - C01006193. 

Current estimated fix time - 29 JUL 2019 15:00

 

I appreciate that you've been having ongoing issues for a while now, but I'm afraid we need to wait until this fault has been fixed before we can do further troubleshooting and arrange an engineer.
