So I have spoken to them again as my system seemed to be ok for a window of a few hours yesterday before going back to normal. I’ve had money credited to my account but their technical team suggested that everyone experiencing problems call up again as they no longer have a technical issue logged for Area 15. After whatever they did yesterday it’s been logged as resolved. They don’t care about posts here, they need all of us calling in and complaining, if they get a certain number of calls, they will raise another area ticket.
It was the 21st December in E9, as (some people may know) weekend league on Fifa 19 starts on a Friday, which is when I first noticed the awful lag/teleporting/disconnections on every single game I tried to play.
