Xbox series X 100% packet loss

I have the 1g DL. I've recently started getting 100% packet loss which is causing issues. Anyone any ideas for a fix? I'm hard wired to router. 



Test the service to the Hub using :    once started be sure to Run full test

How does the packet loss look at the Hub ?

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub. Also setup a BQM to monitor your circuit

Once done we can comment.

If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will be along to comment as well.

It's a Microsoft issue.

I have the same issue, but with a completely set-up.

We have 2 Xbox Series X and both are doing it, wired or wireless.  I also have a different ISP I can use as well as Virgin, and it's also on that ISP.

Loads of posts on reddit and Xbox forums.

Hopefully will be resolved today in most areas, as I have seen a few posts saying some user have gone back to 0% packet loss, but other have gone down from 100% to 5% packet loss.
