Since upgrading to a hub 5 and a Pod my Xbox, occulus and switches all refuse to connect to the internet due to DNS not resolving at the router.
I’ve called virgin and they said if I pay them £20 plus £5pm for 6mth (£50 in total) they will give me access to my consoles. wth?! What kind of scam are they running here?
they say it’s not the router but my consoles that are the issue. But there was no issue until the new hub was installed.
can anyone help?

"DNS not resolving" typically means the connection is not getting past the Hub.
Check Child Safe is Disabled
Check WiFi Pausing is not preventing access to the internet.
