Re: Why do my speeds suddenly dip

On the upstream page, is there any timeouts recorded in the table below the one posted, also can you copy the error rate table underneath the first downstream table

This is the table under the first downstream table think it's duplicated when I've copied on my phone so the graphs below are the same apologies.

Re: Why do my speeds suddenly dip

Your stats look fine, I think your issue is perhaps more with the limitations at the gaming servers and having been doing a lot more gaming recently I can see they are struggling with the ammount of people heading online during restrictions, specially with kids all being out of school.

It hard to say much more at this time 🙂

Re: Why do my speeds suddenly dip

Thanks Mat

It just seems pointless having the 350 at the moment as the ps4 is my main purpose for having it. When I was with sky I was getting 45mb at best and during peak times that's what I'm getting on virgin. I've also read that the ps4 downloads have been stifled but I haven't experienced that because surely that would be a 24 hour operation where as at the moment outside of peak times I can Download fine. Maybe thinks will get better in a month or so when the kids are back at school and Sony lifts these restrictions. Last night around midnight things went back to normal I was able to download knack for my son and  persona 5 all within the hour.

I'm also seeing some "critical" entries in the network log tab.

Any help here would be appreciated.

Re: Why do my speeds suddenly dip

Hey Tom,

Stats look fine, critical entries in the hubs log aren't a big issue however if you wish to share the log with us can have a look.

Re: Why do my speeds suddenly dip

Oh I love how my ps4 picks up speeds of 280mb anytime before 4pm and as soon as it hits 4 o clock it drops as low as 36mb...great stuff

Re: Why do my speeds suddenly dip

Can someone explain how this works just done 3 speed tests on the console 1 resulted in 306 the second was 280 the other was 180. But its now taking 90 minutes to download a 20gb game. That makes no sense when my speeds are high. This is worrying.
