Terrible connection lately

I really need some help my connection was never the greatest but manageable to some degree but over the last couple of weeks it has become unbearable i mostly use the internet to play games and its unplayable most of the time even at 3am or insert any time of day i use an  ethernet cable so its not a wifi problem some pictures below give a small glimpse i had a video on my phone too which shows it in even worse light but i dont know how to upload it virin.png

Phone VM Support on 0345-454-1111 for faults.

I've no idea what the coloured graphs are of how they were taken.
The service looks to perhaps be M250 however the download rates fall well short of that.

Use this link : https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/ to test the speed to your Hub and then how your computer performs. 
Once the test begins select : Run full test to see all the figures.

The Hub's Upstream Power (dBmV) and SNR (dB) are both fine.

The Hub's Downstream Power (dBmV) and Modulation are again both fine.

You need to setup a BQM  www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

Leave it for 24 hours and post up the link to the shared live BQM  Once done we can comment on that.

The stats on the power levels etc look okay and nothing jumps out in the network log.

As all you stats etc look fine, I suspect your area may just be over utilised?  The BQM should show if that is the case.
