Hi. I've had virgin media for about 3 or 4 years. For a year on and off I've been getting really bad lag spikes in certain games like rocket league, call of duty. Sometimes I can even see the issues when loading videos on YouTube or just websites. It is really weird because even when on wired connection it still happens. When I play rocket league I can be at 25 ping then for 5 or 6 seconds I go to 500 plus ping for no reason at all..... This can be on and off for the whole day most days. It has gotten to the point where I cannot play anymore. I hope somebody may have an idea. Thanks

I have noticed that myself on xbox one x rocket league stuttering sometimes and flashing warning for ping. There's also the game FUSER when I select one of the play options I get a message saying I need to have a connection to use that or if I'm playing l get the message for my rewards to be added when I have a connection, thats with it being connected via ethernet cable and volt M500 package.

Usual request.
What Hub are you using and are you using a wired or wireless connection.
Please post your power levels and network log from the Hub.
Setup a BQM here www.thinkbroadband.com/ping and post the link to your shared graph.
Once done we can comment.

You need to setup a BQM monitor, not the speedtest.
Can you also post all the power levels from the Hub's admin pages, thanks.
