Hi,
I have never had any issues with the PlayStation (PS4) and as of yesterday, all of a sudden I get a constant error (WS-37472-3) and cannot sign into the PSN.
All other devices are working fine. Alos the Internet is working on the PS as other apps within the PlayStation (Disney/Sky Go etc.) are all working fine but I can't sign into the PS network.
I have restarted the router, the PlayStation multiple times to no avail as well as trying manual DNS settings (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4).
I have also tested using my phone hotspot and when on that, I can sign into the network without any issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your PS4.
The error (WS-37472-3) could be 3 things.
1 our connection but if all the other devices are fine then we can look at ruling that one out.
2 Membership log in details. Try logging out and signing back in again.
3 PS4 updates, Can you check you are on the latest update for your console.
