Ping Spikes - Xbox - Help Please

Hi everyone. I'm new here which naturally means only 1 thing, I've had enough of my virgin WiFi.

Set up a BQM tonight (as I see everyone asks for this first). Looked at my hub settings and followed what everyone suggested. Went to Microsoft and followed all their suggestions and it's had zero effect on anything.

Great speeds. Excellent signal. No one else has any problems. It's just me on Xbox that has major problems.

Everything is going great, then everyone stops moving and only I can. This goes on for 5 to 10 seconds and then everything happens at once usually with me dead and whoever I was looking at now in a different country.

My Xbox is sat 2.5- 3 meters away from the hub, nothing in the way.

Only weird thing I saw on my hub was that it's logging events (that I don't understand) and the dates listed are a mix of present day and the 1st of January 1970.

When my hub is reset (only way I can fix things for a day or so at a time) my WiFi takes about 4 hours to stabilise for everyone else so I can't do this every day.

I'm not technically minded so please talk to me like I'm a child.

BQM showing packet loss. Xbox has it at 30% but the graph has it lower. Still maddening.

Updated BQM. Going to just wait now for a reply.
