Packetloss, Lag spikes

I am posting today about my virgin media m350 broadband package. Recently i have been noticing inconsistent speeds and ping/jitter. I decided to run a few tests and do some research. I found out about bqms so i decided to run one. I don't think it looked as bad too what some people's graphs look like, but im still getting the same problem as them

This is the live link for the bqm:

Also seen some critical errors in the network log:

Re: Packetloss, Lag spikes

16th Jan was clearly a bad day, that apart it all looks normal for a cable connection.  Post the Downstream and Upstream stats and let's see if there's noise or power problems.

Re: Packetloss, Lag spikes

Not conclusive, but looks like you may have an upstream noise issue - one of the channels is dropping back to 16QAM, and there's a spattering of T3 timeouts across the upstream.  There's also some unwelcome post-RS (uncorrected) errors breaking through on a few of the downstream channels.  I'll flag this up for the forum staff to take a look and advise.

Re: Packetloss, Lag spikes

Hiya, I did at the time, looks like it got missed (not a bombproof process) so I've escalated a second time.
