I live in Ireland, will a BQM test work with my ISP?

I am with Virgin Media

There should be no issues setting up a BQM if you're with Virgin.

Great thanks, when setting up a graph it says my postcode is invalid?

 

I supplied an Irish Eircode. Does this matter?
