Hello guys, have an ongoing problem with packet loss and high ping particularly on PUBG and Roblox on my Series X - I have a HUB3 and I'm using network adapters but get the same issue when wireless. I had an engineer out last week who said the line was noisy but nothing to worry about, there's obviously something wrong somewhere but I'm not at all tech savvy when it comes to this.

As @Z92 has advised, would it be possible for you to set up a BQM graph, allow it to run for at least 72 hours and then sharing it with us here? This can help us to take a closer look at your connection.
