So my update is: the engineer ran some tests and everything looks fine, replaced the hub4 and still the exact same issues, no improvement 😶😶😶

I'm sorry to hear that you are still having the same issues. Can you please post a new BQM link so we can have another look at things.
Everything this end is looking great and showing no issues at all. Do you have this on a general browsing connection or streaming or is it only via the PS5 and gaming?
