I have received an email this morning from reward exceptions which I believe is meant to be a proof of delivery, I assume of my PS4. There actually isn’t an image to view.
On the phonecall with Virgin I never stated that the PS4 hadn’t arrived, I stated on at least 3 occasions that I was queuing my PS Plus free 12 months membership. Unfortunately the employee I was speaking with didn’t have the best grasp of the English language and now my poor customer experience with Virgin Media has continued. So I’m back with no resolution.
Can you please help me?
Once this has been resolved I would like to know what the complaints procedure is as I feel it’s now at the point where the collection of issues I’ve had with Virgin Media need to be recorded.
