LAG in the evening times.

Can someone take a look at my status dump... Suffering from lag in the evenings making gaming extremely difficult. To the point that I consider other providers. Its driving me mad.

In a weird turn of events, it appears this only happens when watching Amazon Prime video on my LG OLED tv.... doesn't happen on same TV OS using bedroom tv or any other device for prime video.... so weird!
