Gaming lag

Hi all.

I’m still having major lag when gaming. I’m upstairs with the hub downstairs. I have 500m fibre broadband.
Any suggestions how to better this?

Re: Gaming lag

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ . Don't log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs?

We can see if there is anything in the router stats that point to a localised problem.

Re: Gaming lag

I can't see all the screenshots and data, however I can see that two of your upstream channels are at maximum power level (5.1 - 51 as there is a bug in the HUB 3 firmware!), which can cause problems. The other two channels are quite high as well.

An enginner visit is required to investigate further.
