GTA servers down Xbox one x

Hi I contacted Rockstar support regarding not being able to get onto online, I done a few steps with them and tried accessing there website and it won't load either and they said it will be on your ISP side and not there's so I need help on what to do as I have no idea this has been going on for over a week, I have reset my router but no luck still

I've just tried Rockstar website and it works for me.

Do you have any other devices you can try?  How is the XBox setup, wired wireless?

Try manually setting the DNS on the XBox to 8.8.8.8 (Google) or 9.9.9.9 (Quad 9)

Is Websafe and Child Safe off on your account?

 everything else works fine just accessing rockstar website or playing GTA it says the servers are down and they said they both use same server and it has to be ISP side and I have done the DNS and no luck and no child safe on my account

I'm so sorry to hear you've had some issues accessing GTA/Rockstar recently. I've just checked myself and I'm able to access it fine.

Are these issues ongoing for you today? If they are, can you clarify what troubleshooting you've carried out thus far?

I too can access https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/

The ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT looks just like the effects of Child Safe being Enabled.


As as test one would expect Child Safe to block these sites :

https://sports.ladbrokes.com/horse-racing/featured  ( online betting )

https://www.beretta.com/en-us/beretta-92-fs-fusion/ ( weapons )

I can access other websites that are 18 plus I've never had child lock on since I started my contract with virgin so i don't know why they would specifically choose it for GTA and social club only all very much confusing regards

Still is not working I have also realized that the home hub is constantly orange and has been for days when it be white

Can you please fully reboot your Hub for us and let us know if you are still getting the orange light? 

With the Rockstar website, can you please try accessing this via a different browser? 

Also, with gaming, do you experience any issues going online in any other game?
