Extreme lag

I upgraded to the 200mb VM package around 2 months ago and have been experiencing unplayable lag online.

My PS is hardwired. I have checked if there are capacity issues on the network e.g any rogue devices. I've also check cabling and completed resets on the router. No joy.

I'm getting some errors in the logs which look to be something with the DHCP server.

My ping test is showing 66% packet which is literally insane and everyone I have spoken to has agreed this makes my internet unusable.

Can anyone give me some advice on how to fix this?

I could try getting a better router as I know the superhub 3 has chip issues, not sure this will help if its virgin servers or something?

Re: Extreme lag

My ping is all over the place ranging from 4 to 40, my download speed is 33 and upload 10.

Its a very bad experience, im not getting what I paid infact the service is unusable. Am I able to cancel my contract for these reasons?

Or can this be fixed without spending hours on the line to your overseas contact center?
