Constant Disconnects from Destiny 2 on PC/PS4 & Slow intermittent loads on mobile

i dont know where to start frankly.

but every time i try and play Destiny 2 on my PS4 and now my New PC i keep getting booted for lose of connection or whatever error code it gives me.

ive done all the port forwarding stuff for both platforms and i still have dissconnections, ive done the virgin media ststus check for my euqipment and it says theres some kind of problem with the cabling somehere. ive follwed the steps and made sure all cabling eithin the house is fine and connected correctly.

as for the lead outside my house ive had to have it re-connected twice (orange box covering the reconnected cabling) over the years because my next door neighbour has cut it with a lawn mower. i dont know if its that but something is clearly wrong and its really frustrating

A warm welcome to our Community Forum DeadCell79 and sorry to hear about the problems you're having whilst gaming. I've had a look at your details and cannot find any problems except there may be some utilisation errors. Thanks for joining me in a Private Message @DeadCell79 and for confirming the details for me. I've had another look at the network details and can see some high utilisation on two of the upstream channels which I'd like our Networks Team to take a look and have submitted a form so they can take a look. For this type of ticket, they don't reply back to me but please give it 7 days and update us regarding your connection so we can see if there is an update on the account.
