Another thread latency 4th month

 situation getting worse each day now almost i can use net is around 1am to 10am only. Constant slow speeds mega high latency which i cant stream cant game and struggles with basic webpages loading. 4th month now and 2 tech visits who plugs in a internal wallnsocket booster to level out snr levels which ok are level. Since that point its been the worst ive suffered. Levels snr all ok. I want to add the pre errors are mounting up fast so obvs a line fault? This has gone on way too long vm. Cant contact anyone but the forum which has responded but with 1 or two responses and ignore you completely and dont care. Soon as this issue is resolved the better. Also i want to add since last tech fitted the device my slow noisy tivo box records programmes fuzzy and unwatchable. Thanks again fo your great service!!!!

Hi,

can you please do the following

Log in to the Hub.

192.168.0.1

Use hub password (8 digits on the bottom of hub)

Advanced Settings > Tools > Network Status > if you can screen shot the status tab then downstream and then the upstream tab and post on here

Booster attenuator fitted. Masking up issues to bring levels just getting tired of doing all this every few days getting nowhere so frustrated now

Y do u say that? My upstream was near maxin at 51. 5.1 i aint messing with cables its a plug in too. Its to be fixed asap or contracts gone

Thats the item that lowers my downstream from 5.1 i remove it be sky high. Regardless off that non of it is fixing the issue anyway
