Now I ask any of you moderator/admins how should I use this and need to point that is been like this for 3weeks and the only recommendation has been reboot the router.
When I send an email, I have to save it in a notepad before I send it because when I press send I don`t know if the connection will time out and other numerous situations, can`t game, can`t watch youtube, have to refresh endless times till I can load a page.
Are you guys happy with this?
I spent hours on the phone just to be told to reboot the router.
It`s sad because I had impeccable service for 9 months and since I have been sent this test device named Hub 4 you guys took your hands off and left the customer to deal with a non tested and compliant device.
Can I be refunded for this half days of service as after my contract ends is obviously I will leave as I can`t beg for service when I am paying money for it. I have the graph running from the 4th and half of this period the service has been how you see it above.
