unavailable mailbox

I have been unable to access my Virgin Mail  for several weeks now.Fortunately I do have other usable email accounts but normally use the primary ntlworld.com mailbox as my favoured email.Can anyone look into the problem please.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your email accounts.

 

I have been able to find your account and have re-enabled your mailbox, please can you try to log into your email again and let me know if it works.
