The secondary email address is repeatedly asking for password (it's entered correctly) so unable to send or receive emails through Outlook on desktop or on Android mobile device.
The primary email address is working fine on any platform.

Can you confirm if it will allow you send email directly via webmail?

Unable to send/receive on any platform.
Problem was resolved by having password reset (via a 30-minute phone call).
Don't know what caused the problem but happy all seems OK now.
