My ntlworld email is not working on my iphone since I updated it to ios 13.6.1. Anybody know why? or what Iamdoing wrong

Is this issue still on going or has this now been resolved?
If you're still struggling, can you seek to remove the E-Mail address from the client and then re-add the address? This can on occasion resolve E-Mail issues when using a third party client
