Can anyone on here help with this issue?

My ntlworld email is my main email so even changing my password on my other accounts wont help as they can rest them if they have access to my email.

This issues has popped up so many times with other customers it must be a quick fix for the right employee?

This is now having financial impact as they have gained access to a catalogue I use.

Hello,

i have an issue which i have to say you appear to be the "subject matter expert" in resolving for others, so all help would be very gratefully received !

I have an old NTLworld.com email which i cannot access via webmail or outlook since last week. I can login into my virgin media, bit when i click email i get "sorry unavailable" and its been that way for nearly a week. 

I was able to keep a already logged in machine. I could receive messages but when i tired to send email i got this error

sending mailbox ________@ntlworld.com is inactive. ;id=WDJ4jgwaaMqBUWDJ4jWr4U;sid=WDJ4jgwaaMqBU;mta=smtp2.tb;d=20200506;t=081322[CET];ipsrc=172.25.160.135;
)

It all started recently  ~1st May i applied a filter rule on______@ntlworld.com and accidentally applied a rule "any condition" containing "a" in email "reject with reason "SPAM filter" . This seems to have messed up the account.

I had cleared this filter before the machine re-started but it did not help.

The machine re-started logging me out and now i cannot access email

I have tried several times to reset passwords, clear browser history's cache etc. to no avail. I checked an IP address "blocked" tool online and the IP is OK. The 3 other ntlworld email accounts on the same main user account are OK
